I just don't like the See-through style hood insert. Doesn't seem fitting for the car. I know Ferrari and other Super Car Manu's do it, but IMO it doesn't fit on the ZR-1.

its a corvette, you dont pay for the seats, you pay for the performance.

you can go look at the acr viper, and check out the dodge neon center console..

these things are very nice, they are not like a ferrari but for the price they are sweet. and they go for $118k and you cant get one for under $140k when they first came out they were going for $170k. I have driven a few of them atwork and they are fun

the vette has always been a performer, so the seats and interior wasnt really a big deal when it comes down to it. Its not an excuse, but american cars always will come in last in the intrerior department. Like i said the viper has neon radio controls, knobs and buttons.

lol I didnt think my WRXs interior was that amazing....for being an import and all. Both domestic and imports can share the same lack luster qualitys. If I wanted a luxury interior I would have bought a luxury car. :shrug:

Now I haven't owned one of those cars myself either, and you probably havent as well, but why on earth would you hate on a ZR1 so much just because of one simple shortcoming? While the price point of the ZR1 is a bit high, that aside, its an amazing machine. I think thats all they are saying.
