    Insurance wouldn't have covered it anyway. Next time hit the fucking deer so you have something to prove your story. I'm sure they've heard the "a deer ran out" story once or twice from people trying to cover up their shitty driving.

    Bald tires + liability only (which you were already getting dropped from) = Screwed. But if you had a legitimate claim and could prove it they would have to pay out regardless if you were being dropped or not.

    BTW: Today is the 18th... How did you get a letter on the 28th of this month?

    and yes he could of told the insurance company that he hit a deer and most of them will fix it if you have full coverage i have been through that a couple of years ago. Not to mention i asked my brother in-law that owns several nationwide companies he said yes!!!
