just one but wet roads+bad camber wear=no control

yes i swerved but had i not bambi woulda been layin in our laps
the damage is from the ditch but i honestly dont think its totalled
only due to the door opens and shuts fine still runs but the back
driver suspension is bent or something i drove it about a half mile
to a friends house i just really have no idea what to do

saying i would be dropped by my insurance company on the 28th
of this month and I only had liability

Insurance wouldn't have covered it anyway. Next time hit the fucking deer so you have something to prove your story. I'm sure they've heard the "a deer ran out" story once or twice from people trying to cover up their shitty driving.

Bald tires + liability only (which you were already getting dropped from) = Screwed. But if you had a legitimate claim and could prove it they would have to pay out regardless if you were being dropped or not.

BTW: Today is the 18th... How did you get a letter on the 28th of this month?

Best thing to do is just take it to the body shop and find out how much money it will take to get the shit fixed
That or just drop your insurance pick up a new one wait a couple days and file a claim for a deer.

yea i work at a body shop and get a lot of customers that say deer have hit them and the insurance doesn't ask questions and just covers it.

well they do ask questions but just the mandatory ones like what time of day, what kind of weather etc etc.

yeah but my friends are all minitruckers so their metalfab skills are
damn good (in my opinion) so we'll most likely be plasma-ing a quarter
panel off another vehicle and re-welding onto mine doing the body work replacing the door and other miscellaneous things i should have taken
care of long ago and at least primering it ill post pics of progress when we start
