Is this one of the newest phrases to keep the black man's spirit up? Like "once you go black, you never go back?"

Well, here you go with one that I came up with years ago when I bagged my first sister:

I told her, "Once you go white, everything's alright."

    That's what's happenin. Lolol, DO.

Sorry, Great NY for that thread jack. Back to you, man. Later, QD.

can you post the escort? i've never seen a 400bhp escort before. nice job on the twin turbo set-up.

i have a youtube vid with pics of it. it dyno'd at 317whp, 340wtq, that was before my big turbo upgrade, whereas i crashed it shortly after the upgrade. but i approximated it making about 400bhp on the larger turbo(dyno proven, no) but i guessitmated the big turbo output off the comp maps and numbers i put out on the baby turbo, lol

    here you go

Oh hes gona build one up. But here's food for thought. It's a 3.0L Duratec, fully forged crank from the factory. Should be able to hold 12psi stock.

max out will be next year. this year im only shooting for 400-425bhp on the stock motor which is doable.

the motor stock can handle 10psi safely all day. above that at about 12psi, the rod bearings become the weak point.

sinter forged rods and forged crank stock.

the motor will be built for 2010, wiesco pistons at 9.21 comp, k1 h-beam forged rods, kife-edged and rebalanced crank, ported and polished heads and a couple other things.then im going for 600bhp with boost, and not sure what i'll get when i spray on it.

due to space, upgrading turbos will require building new manifolds, so both super 60's should get me to about 600 or so BHP after that i will spray and see if i cant rip the subframe from under the car, haha.

    EDIT:

i also will be spraying meth this year, the meth will be installed in the next week or so along with the intercooler sprayer i have sitting in my basement. so that 8-10psi is gonna go a long way for this year

Get some Black suede and everwhere you painted white, wrap it with it!

Honestly, it is very hard to pull of a painted interior, or color matched interior. Even on a porsche, I still cringe when I see it.

uhhh...btw you didn't spin at all. you need to run more boost or something. My sisters VW bug pulls harder than this:

As for the car. i'm not a fan of the interior...but I can look past my distaste for it and see the effort that went into it and safely say, "Good job man". The TT setup is awesome. I love innovation and creative thinkers. I also love people who think outside of the box and fix up cars that you can take to a show and not have to park in a "Line" of other like looking cars. I hate normalcy in an automobile.

    Good stuff man.

nice car! I can definately appreciate some hard work. TT is killer as well

So what made you spray the dash instead of fiberglass? I think the color choice is good and all but the prime/spray kinda cheapens the whole look IMO.

    thanks man.

in all honesty i think it wouldve made the car much heavier Fglassing over all of those panels, as well as bondo if there were imperfections, then the primer and paint and clear coat weight. the car itself is 3400-3500lbs alone stock....im 250lbs(running back, lol)

i know the weight still increased doing just the paint and such. but it weighs near as much as a full glassed interior.

that is part of the reason i am hesitant to do my trunk. too much weight. a friend of mine has a civic with just the trunk done, its like 300lbs heavier than stock

i know i have the power to where it shouldnt make a difference, but it really does bro.

EDIT: my car is a bit of a frankenstein.

its a show car, but there are somethings not done to it, because i will be racing it and want to save a lil on weight. i hope that makes sense.

not sure. once i finish fully tuning it, and have a truck availible to flatbed it (just in case i pop the tranny on the run) then i'll take it to the track.

until then dyno numbers all you'll have. i should be dyno'ing like november. cause i'll be away almost the whole month of october
