Not bad at all. I'm not the critique type, but you obviously know how to shoot so I'll just say one thing.....watch your background and foreground. The pic with her leaning on the car was great, except the cords on the foreground. Shooting with strobes is hard, especially in extreme darkness cause it's hard to meter the light properly. I like your angles, and lack of spaceshipesque ones especially.

The model is very good. She's very attractive and poses well. Overall very good. Did you use a tripod? Were you firing the strobes with a flash or a transmitter?

What you are about to see are probably some of the best shots to hit the sensor on my D200 thus far, though some of them are kind of out of focus (still learning to shoot with strobes lol). Please throw me your constructive criticism but, as always, please enjoy:

1) the girl looks good but does not know how to model....and while I think she looks great when you shoot a model with a camera they bring out all their flaws, and car models should be in great shape for the pics...although I think she looks fine I expect different in a picture, ...not sure if I explained this so you can understand but....pretty much if the model you're going to use for the pics is going to be showing some skin such as her stomach, make sure her abs are nice

2) the car is ok..nothing too crazy or different about it....and the cars owner needs to get the fenders painted...also, the cars black paint job looks like it needs to be polished/waxed, or maybe it's just lost too much of its luster and needs a complete repaint...it just doesn't look as shiny and glossy as black car should. It should be very shiny/mirror like.

warehouse idea is cool, def different from a parking deck

I think you could take better pics with the camera than what you posted...

i liked the cord and stuff... it was kinda like a setup shot, but not quite lol, cause i kept the ladder on the left and my bag at the bottom. but anyway, thanks for the compliments and yea i was using a transmitter and no tripod.

nah she is just one of the few girls that i know that will actually model. my girl is the other one, she was in the shots like around the yard and on my car with the Mr. Clean sticker in the back.

she's next on the chopping block for a shoot on my car. she is just real modest and takes a lot of convincing to get her out to do a full on shoot lol.
