The seats happened to be sitting around his shop because they were a gift so he said ah what the hell and threw them in. Him being in high school limited having a large sum of money to put towards the truck, he spent the money else where on other parts so he wasnt exactly worried about the seats, especially since he had a free set. He was going for more of the "HotRod" look, not so much the Factory Look.

Its Ok though... He'll be alright with or with out his "Gay Wheels" and "Ricey Seats"

pleaese dont get us wrong. the truck is clean as my balls! but the wheels and seats just dont match the theme of the truck. the wheels belong on a car and so do the seats. in that scene you dont have to restore vehicle back to factory spec. but at least use parts that can relate to the era.
i hope you can understand that logic.

i wouldnt put Z06 wheels on a 56 Bel Air. they just dont rhyme right ya know?

just like im pretty sure you wouldn't put 70 spoke triple gold daytons on your hatch.
