It just strikes me as wierd that a '64 Fairlane would have A/FX (which means altered/factory experimental) on the window and not have straight axle or (from what I can tell) altered wheelbase. But I guess '64 might have been the transitional year when cantilever slicks first started showing up.
I'm still waiting for my thread on another forum to get some responses. 64 to 65 as said were transitional years in the sport.
