I see where you could say that I don't know much about bikes, but I've been to no less than 50 world superbike, WERA, Moto GP, and AMA races along with shows in between.
In my opinion, bikes lose their appeal faster than cars. With cars their cool factor comes back with a drop and some ncie wheels. But if you're riding an older bike it takes alot more work to be nice.

We'll see what 09 brings. He's on Tardozzi's bike now so im sure he will be in the running for the title. I think Ben Spies will still be learning the circuits and the BMW/Aprilia are not ready. I think Max on the Suzuki is 2nd favorite otherwise.

Why? He had a 1098 that he sold and got the S, then yanked all of the S parts off. If he had started with the R, he would have yanked all of the R parts off. He was looking to put a set of Desmo forks on the bike at first, then changed to stay with Ohlins.Should have started with the "R" model
