I do want to give special thanx to the tour company that made all this possible.

Our tour guide was a former employee for the Ferrari F1 team and used to work at Lamborghini as well. He worked in the aero dept and even should us some of his tools. He had scale doen replicas of F1 pistons and valves and a wrench for the F1 1/3 aero model.

Here is the tour guide Francesco -- Ace guy....absolutely wonderful.

I just wanna apologize for two things.

    1. Yes i am not the best at taking photos.

    2. At the Ferrari Museum, i let a friend take most of the pics and almost all ended up blurry. Sorry.

Yeah was in Rome, then Florence and finally Venice.

Here is my harsh memory from the trip.

We arrived in Florence Sunday morning on June 3. As soon as we settled in the hotel, i began to watch the Motogp race live on TV which was at Mugello Circuit. It wasn't until later that day i realized that Mugello was literally 20mins away from our hotel.

My stupid ass missed a once in a life time opportunity to watch the Italian Motogp in Italy.

I'm upset about that till this day.

I just had to add about the man that made it all possible. Bini Francesco.

He was our tour guide and is the most knowledgeable man about the brands i have ever meet. I mean he did work for the Ferrari F1 team. lol

He even showed the variable intake tunnels he helped design for the 1995 Ferrari F1 car. Great Great Guy.

Motorstars.....go to their website to see all the tours....they do Pagani, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati too!

Francesco with F1 star Felipe Massa

It is down right amazing how close everything is. They call it "The Valley of Engine" to give you some idea. When we were heading to the Ferrari factory, we passed right next to the Maserati factory. I just wish there was enough time in the day to visit that too.

Oh and if you ever do go......car or bike.....get on the Futa Pass...it is one of the greatest driving roads in the world.

Watch these episodes of Twist the Throttle to know what i am taking about?
