As long as there is money, there will be a market for parts. Anyone could have said the same thing about the first imports.

i'd never find anything in a junkyard for my car. I have found many shift knobs in the pull a parts though!

<---- guy who cant cope with change!
Do you cry sometimes cause carburetors and drum brakes are gone too?

Unreal and Boring....... So a 1990 generation NSX that which had one of the greatest chassis of all time but was chocked by the now defunct Japan gentleman's agreement of a 276 hp limit, and had to resort to a 3.0 Liter NA v6 instead of using their dominating 1988-1991 Formula 1 experience an making a V8, V10, V12 that would have served that car much better till this day. The $90,000 car with only 300hp debate would have never happened.

I know it's your opinion, but your off. Badly.

I'm also a fan of all cars. Pretty much the only hobby I have at the moment. I have opinions, I dislike many cars because the ones I've worked on weren't as fun or forgiving as my honda.

I base all other cars off my 2000 Civic Si. I don't like New Si's because of the drive by wire. I dont like the TL because of the price, I like the TSX because of the options and the 2.4 liter 30mpg and it's sexy.

I could compare cars all day. But they're just my opinions and I'm bored and I'm gonna go eat some food.

the new GTR is nice just not all that great. like all threads about a car once again I.A ppl go way off base and lose touch with what was started. But that makes for a few good laughs so oh well. Thanks for damn good laughs oh btw plz dont always refer to wiki for answer to a damn car question just go to the car makers site and get the info you need.( needed to go off base to fit in)

Normally I wouldn't use such bourgeoisie source material either, especially an editable, tertiary, non-peer approved website like wikipedia.org, but I figured since we are on an "internet forum" where most visitors cannot even use simple punctuation rules, that it would be fine this one time.

At least your information was correct, who cares about the source. wiki, isnt that bad, but i wouldnt rely on just wiki to learn about something.
    Yeah, I know.

JEREMY CLARKSON is an entertainer, not a car enthusiast.

There are too many people here saying sheet like "Ferrari is the best" when they're struggling to make payments on a Honda Civic. There, I said it...

i think the new GT-R sucks, way to flashy, BIG ASS ****ING BODY! to many creature comforts to. Its suposed to be a sports car, not a luxury car. ALSO! why would a car company who perfected there inline 6 twin turbo switch 2 a V6 twin turbo? disapoints me cuz i love the hole RB line up. back to the RB20.

also, take a factory z06 and the new "skyline" both Factory...

    GT-R IS SLOW AS BALLS!

Saw one of these on Buford Hwy last night with the shipping film and temp tag on it. Sounded good from what I heard.

My opinion...in the world of premium cars, it's easy to overlook. Don't get me wrong, someone gives me a chance to drive it and I'm on it. But if I was seriously looking at cars in that price range I think it would get lost in the mix a bit.

Hey guys, not to start another argument, but next year nissan is only producing 1800 gtrs, however, there will be a GTR-SpecV, available with about another 100 ponies.
thought id share, and sorry, but there will not be a 6 speed however.
    Yeah, I know.

ok nissantun3r, just to clarify some things....
    1. the nissan maxima was not in the same class with the accord and camry in your generation, that was the altima.
    2. the maxima was classed with the avalon. standard 6 cyl. moderate luxury vehicles. Toyota got out of the real sporty scene a long time ago, so arguing about sportability between the avalon and maxima makes no sense. your generation, however, was pretty cool with the 6-speed SE model.
    3. no, you didn't buy a FWD honda or something. you bought a heavy FWD nissan.

just thought i'd clear up some things... kinda bothered me.

oh, and the toyota avalon not only beat the maxima in reliability back in 2002, it completely owns the maxima in todays day and age. toyota FTMFW

The v-6 camry, v-6 accord, and maxima's could very understandably be put in the same class, they're all 4 door economy sedans, around the same price, and offer about the same things. And a maxima is def better than an avalon. And my car is hardly what I'd call heavy for a sedan weighing in at about 3100lbs. A 2000 v-6 accord weighs 100lbs more than my 2000 max, and has less hp. And my car is extremly reliable, the vq series engines have stayed on the top 10 list for best engines since it's inception noob. It's funny how many people are nissan hater's on here. Just thought I'd clear some things up.

i was actually referring to the marketablity of the models of cars. yes, the v-6 camry and v-6 accord can be compared to the maxima, but it's all about marketability. as for the reliability, i never said your car wasn't. i am a mechanic and have worked on my fair share of maxima's. made me miss working at toyota, so i went back. i speak from experience, so calling me a noob at my own game is kind of weakly spoken.
as for me being a nissan hater, i do beleive i complimented your car in my last post, so i wasn't being a nissan hater, i was being a nissantun3r hater.

edit: by the way, when i say reliability, i dont beleive the motor is the only thing envolved.

You know what, my maxima is the first car I've messed with, and I bought it in 08/07. I may be new to the tuning scene, and maybe I am a noob. But I am an opinionated person, and I just have to stick up for what I like, despite what anyone else thinks about me, my, or the GT-R. Anyway it's been fun people, I'm glad I made so many friends!

my only point to prove was that arguing with people about their opinions is useless. opnions are like assholes, everyones got one. good luck with the maxima.
