First of all ill just tell you i really dislike the zx14 and hayabusa. There are those that really like fatty bikes but im not one of them. I'd rather have a 250 that i can learn to knee drag on than a 9 sec street bike. That goes for bikes with extended swing arms too. Just not my thing.

Now scooters i've always liked cause they can be setup to ride in the mountains and are a very good start of performance riding for a lot of people cause you can learn to hold your body right before getting the speed element. This is obvioulsy best with a 250cc or less machine cause the Yamaha Majesty i posted is setup for show and is a bit heavy to start on. It can be done though.

Am i high.....no im open minded and have my own way of thinking.

if you want to learn to ride well on a road course buy a 250cc bike if you want a tank get a 'busa but that "thing" you posted up looks like it would only do well for cruising around decatur or midtown. i dont mind it i just dont see the purpose .

It actually a popular thing to do in Japan. Kinda the way Lowriders and Mini Trucks are over here. A real show element is part of it.

    It's not for everybody.

Again i put the Busa part in the thread name to get views. I hate it when people compare a Motorcycle to a Scooter. They are different.

This "style" of tuning branches out to the very big market of scooters in Japan and even over hear. I know alot of people that have a Honda Reflex that would definitely buy this stuff to make theirs stand out.

Of course it has a purpose, their is a market for scooters, why not give those people accessories for them? Seriously?

    To add.

The best way to look at it is this is what a Bippu/VIP scooter would look like.
Just paint it Black or that true VIP green that looks black and other elements

    1. air ride
    2. Puddle lights
    3. Led tails
    4. Hid
    5. Custom Wheels.
    6. Chrome

They are more friendly for every day purposes. You and Matthew need to understand that vehicles do more than just race around a track. The larger ones feel more stable, Will have more power and torque, and have room for quiet a bit of luggage.

You can hid your helmet in a compartment on some of these. - Not in a rear baggage box but a compartment that looks like it's part of the fairing.

Go ride a "big scooter" then give me your new opinion.

    Almost forgot..... Automatic transmissions too.

    There you go.

I posted this cause i knew the Anti rice train would hit but i also knew most people on this site are ignorant and like to make opinions about things they don't understand.

Really, just like for everyday cars, the aftermarket will provide parts for whatever reason, the tuner market is the same for big and small scooters.

Take a Honda odyssey for example over here. Boring Soccer mobile.

But in Japan where the price to own and operate a vehicle is much higher (hence why scooters are popular) people have created some neat stuff with their daily transportation.

    Example

    Looks like any other Previa....right?

But underneath... its built with more than the daily commute in mind.

What i'm saying is that there is a market and that is why parts like those are available for that scooter. If it's to flasjy, im sure their are ways to give it a more track inspired look.

Your not one of the "ignorant ones", when i wrote that i think i was still in the mode about the integra thread i made.

But no if you dont like big scooters then its just that. No harm on No foul.

Theirs a reason i don't have one besides funds. Their are a sh!t ton of two wheelers id get before an Automatic oversized sled that comes in Orange.

I wouldn't ride that ricer scooter in the original post. I definatly wouldn't take it over a Busa.
Before you think that Busas can't handle, ask some of the JenningsGP guys about my friend Brandon. He is faster than most of the expert class at Jennings on his Busa. They can handle just fine if you know how to ride well.
The only 250ccs worth having on the track or in the mtns are 2-strokes. Period.
The scooter that you posted wouldn't even be safe on the interstate. It's useless except as a trailer queen.
Yes, I've ridden big sccoters - they are still slow, ugly, and about as useful as tits on a bull..... but if you want something gay like that, go right ahead and get it, it's your money....

1..... Busa can handle just fine? I disagree, im not saying your friend doesn't have the talent to take it through the turns just fine, but i am saying there are a lot more bicks id take over a Busa. Personally i like 600s over anything else.

    2. It would be safe on the interstate why. It has adjustable suspension and built in stabilizers for balance.

    3. Ok... compared to a typical motorcycle of coarse they are slow. All the other stuff you wrote is your opinion about it and some will agree, some wont.

    4. Since your so worried about what i spend my money on... when did i saw i was gonna buy one.

Really though now that a think about it, I would just cause it would be unique and im sure mine wouldn't be " slow, ugly, and about as useful as tits on a bull".

Remember your opinion. I got mine.
