so u did not have your insurance company subpoena the deer for court? she should atleast be charged for a hit and run, as well and leaving the scene of an accident. she was also j-walking, she also failed to yield the right-a-way...i'm sure there are plenty more charges. i say hunt bambi's mom down and cook her ass
