    yea, i never liked the 06/07's at first, i thought they were ugly as hell but lol i own one now, i love em
    i hate the 08 wrx's but i love the sti, btw they're 35k msrp

    The thread was Subaru of Gnett. No it's not my frist time driving a sti. It looks a hell of a lot more aggressive than previous stis. It handles better than previous stis also. Everything about that car says better, it is comfortable, looks better, handles better and has way more room.

    I'm not hating on it. I just simply don't like the way it looks. It's just my opinion. And it's definitely not because I can't afford it. Lol, there are plenty of cars that I can't afford that I love the sh*t out of

    Oh and I've read in a few reviews (most recently Car and Driver) that the handling feels very vague on the new car. It doesn't give the same kind of feedback from the road as the previous models. It's a softer car. Subaru is trying to sell to the masses now and get out of their niche market. It makes perfect sense from a business standpoint, but I still don't like it.

    All of that being said, I'd still definitely drive one if given to me. But I can never see myself purchasing an 08 model.

    I meant the MS3 is better in looks, of course the AWD and more power of an STi is gonig to be better.

    You're right I've seen a one in person and it doesn't look like the mazda as much as it does in pictures. It looks exponentially worse in person than did in the pictures.

    i've seen the new sti at SOG.

    but i still don't like the way it looks, interior looks a lot nicer, but i don't see myself ever owning that car

    I love the stats, but the car doesn't really look that appealing. I think if they would have just improved on the previous body style, it would have looked a whole lot better.

    Just got my Car and Driver in the mail not too long ago that compares the VW R32 + Lancer Evo X + new STi and I agree w/ Csaba Csere's comment, "the STi wins the ugliest-car-on-the-planet contest".

    The Evo won the comparo (outfitted in GSR trim). I concur with the verdict.

    It was a white MS6, I don't know what it had, but it did not sound stock! All I could see was a catback lol but he ran like a high 13. Weaksauce! And as for you homies with the STI and Evo, they mean nothing, LOL unless they're not on sock turbo!

    No not Nikola I put a CAI on his last night. My boy is from SC and he has a nicely modded MS3.

    Oh Trel's MS6? He had CAI and Catback thats it. BTW it is gone it caught fire.

    I may go to that Event of Jamie's If my new Rear Diff mount is in. If it is not in by then I'm not going to risky of breaking rear diff with the ****ty stock mount.

    I've seen it in person and I think its fugly. The fact that its a hatch makes it even worse. I think the past 3 generations look MUCH better.
