And the varsity isn't a show-off/cruise-in? People gather together all the time to ride down to the Varsity and cruise in as a group, and then everyone eventually shows off their cars, hence raised hoods, open doors, open trunks, etc. Not to mention all the ricers burning out to show off.

You're getting the two mixed up. Bad. How many awards are given out to people at the Varsity? And I don't mean citations. Maybe if I word it where you CAN'T get the two confused. This is a an actual CAR SHOW. There are trophies and a few categories for this.
