    WTF @ that weedwhacker engine...

looks like the equivalent of a Cessna engine swapped into a P-51.

Why would they do this swap? Is that a carburetted N/A 13B from a 1st gen? If so, yeah rotaries are fun to own, but you could get more power out of the stock engine.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

ok the bridgeport is nice, but if you're gonna go NA 13B, you should go fuel injection and lightened rotors. Possibly a P-Port.

probably only around 160 to 190bhp................ The stock S4 13B made 148bhp but it was fuel injected. The bridgeport is gonna add a bit of power assuming that the exhaust is custom built and less restrictive than stock S4 exhaust, and there is some fuel management work. Some of the best N/A 13Bs still only top out at 240-ish hp. Now with turbos on the other hand, I've seen 13B blocks make upwards 900bhp but 450whp is more reasonable(around the magic number most Rx-7 tuners reach when they stop modding). Now, N/As hold their own when you start adding in rotors. 680 bhp for a 4 rotor.

i dont know compared to the stock motor that made 210hp stock.... it might be a tossup..lol But it prob has more potential for something better, with the hard work already done.

yeah that motor in their now can be made to make a ton of power, but as is, it's making less. It probably weighs less though, and if the old engine set the car @ 60/40 or so, this should be evening that out. Rotaries are small, low, and sit far back.
