I picked the car up Friday (for Nopi) from the body shop and added the following:

Votex Rear Valance
Extreme Dimensions RS Side Skirts
Rieger Rear Windshield Diffuser
Wetworks 3 Piece M3 Lip Spoiler

Thanks goes out to Kevin and Gene at AAP and everyone else at AAP/R2B2 that helped out with the car.

What dont you like about them? They are Euro-Spec Bi-Xenons, got them shipped over from Germany since the Bi-Xenons are only available on the US Spec W8 Passats which for some reason are not plug and play with the 1.8T/V6.

Lolol. Remember, rollininstyle, when you posted your car last time you got work done to it, I said the same thing. You're car has to be one of(if not THE) best looking car on IA. I promise. And you can tell everyone I said so. I just can't break myself away from those lights, though. Honestly(and I don't want to offend you by any means) , the lights just seem Ebay-ish on a car with pretty much perfect work done to it.

Thanks QD, definitely a compliment coming from you. I just hate that my $1200 headlights look ebay-ish, but oh well. I wanted REAL HIDs/Bi-Xenons not the add on kits, so this was the only way to get them. They are OEM VW/Hella parts so definitely quality pieces, oh well...I might have the guy that did the tails/sidemarkers throw a light tint on them, maybe that will look better.

I'm sorry man. And I hate to feel that way as I know you've put time and money on this car to make it right. I realize the lights are the genuine deal and all. I think it's the way the actual bulbs sit back in their receptacles that gives it the look I'm seeing. I don't know, but I do know it doesn't take away from the overall car. Later, QD.

I don't even know. It may be the fact that they are a stark white/silver on a black car. It just looks a little off. Not bad, but off.

Got it. Well a fully polished FMIC is coming soon and the center lower grill will be removed to expose the intercooler. So the plan was to have the FMIC in the center, out to the headlights, then out to the chrome mirrors. Maybe it will flow better once that is in.

Car looks nice as always, the rims are growing on me. But that Votex isn't doing it for me. I like the no exhaust look but that valence makes me think there should be a tip there. Maybe just a smooth bumper would work, IDK man just throwing ideas out there.

Exhaust is coming next. I was waiting to get the rear valance on before I decided how I wanted the tips to be because I wanted something that would flow well with the contours of the valance. Unfortunately there are only 2 options for the rear of my car and the Rieger is way to aggressive to flow with the rest of the car nicely, so Votex was my only option since stock was too subtle.
