look on the bottom side and see if there is a REALLY small flat head screw, my us amps run the "block" for their remotes and I just use my girlfriends eyeglass repair kit screwdriver for it..... try taking a picture if not
amp was probably supposed to come with some connector that you wire the remote too. dont have anything that goes into that?

i dont know i bought it like this. do you think theres any other kind of wiring i can do to work this amp?

are you sure thats the remote input and not some kind special audio input? i havent been around audio stuff for a while so i dont know. not much i can think of thats not ghetto other than trying to find a connector made to go in there. if i was getting desperate ide do something ghetto, (cant tell if those are straight out prongs or metal tabs that push in on the side) like stick that wire in it till it got a good connection and then would hot glue it so it would stay.....haha but thats only last resort nothing else i can do

youll need to get 2 male adapters and crimp them on the ends of your remote wires and youll be good...

fig your **** out kent?
sort of. do i have to drag a 12v to the remote?
:idb:
remote doesnt get 12v, it gets a remote signal from your head unit. It will be a blue or blue/white wire on the harness.Originally Posted by G.C
if im not mistaken you can get that connector at radio shack you will have to bring in the amp to match it up i got one for my oldschool v12 there but its been about 5 years ago but they may still be able to help you out its worth a try.
