    the pioneer you will need a toggle switch and run the actual e brake with to the brake pedal and then to the toggle switch... press brake in park then flip the switch then let go of the brake then your good

    Why not just ground the wire and close the loop 100% of the time?

    sometimes grounding it like that on high end screens sends current back to the screen and then POOFFFF

    I'm saying if it has to sense the e-brake switch is open/closed then just wire it up as if it's not there.

    Post a wire diagram of the headunit and I can "red line" it showing exactly what would need to be done.
