It's very simple work, you search the net for other people. You will start as a Trainee and it is not paid (Training takes from 3hours - 1day) Once traing is complete you become a pro and get $5 per search hour which is decent for what you do. After you are a pro you can become a Master and from Master you move up to Elite (All done by complete searches and getting great reviews) Once you are a Elite you get paid $10 per search hour. On top of that you get to train others (which is also paid).
