as far as what i have read in the past, if the domain is available to register for web purposes, theres nothing he can do. lets say NBC was just beginning to form and it leaked outside to somone. that someone then went and registered the NBC.com name, that NBC.com belongs to the person who registered it for internet use. and alot of times they sell the registered domain name back to the company for a huge profit. jsut my![]()
