he's full of shit too, the law specificly says, SINCE 1989, that it DOES NOT apply to law enforcement vehicles. Police are not worried if a cop has a gun pointed at them from the inside of a patrol car and not being able to see it...it's the civilians that are ready to spray them upon walking up.
