Hope this is not advertising but Bellsouth is offering this service on a trial basis to see if it is something we want to get in. The trial is only available to Atlanta FastAccess DSL customers with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Basically what we're offering is support for any problems you may be experiencing with your personal computer.
