    Default Bellsouth offering PC Support

    Hope this is not advertising but Bellsouth is offering this service on a trial basis to see if it is something we want to get in. The trial is only available to Atlanta FastAccess DSL customers with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Basically what we're offering is support for any problems you may be experiencing with your personal computer. For anyone that is interested you can shoot me a pm and I can have the information sent with all of the details. Thanks!

    The service should be about $50 by the way.

    Which section of BellSouth are you in? I am in BTG at the Lenox complex.

    My dad works at bellsouth ... i think he's either down town or at the lenox station ... anyone know a Dennis Masters?

    Nice dude, yeah he works at the 1025 Building at the Lenox center. I was able to find him in the Outlook address book for Bellsouth.

    I'm a service tech, I work outside in the field doing mainly POTS and DSL service. We're getting a lot of people from the business office transferring to technician positions these days.

    I found out today that he's now in charge of the retail push of fast access in stores (BB, CC, Direct TV and stuff like that) I’m just trying to get him to take me to CES this year
