Maybe you didn't fill in everything correctly. Did you receive your 1098-T and enter all of that info on the H&R Block website? .

For that income level, you shouldn't be paying much tax. There is no way I can tell you what you'll get back though. I have no clue how much you had withheld and no idea how much tuition you paid.
