Does anyone actually day trade? I dont have the cash to really do it legally, but I have been thinking about using 1 particular stock to cash in and out on a regular basis. It will gain and drop .0001 or .0002 from day to day. If I start with about $150, I know that I'm not going to make a lot of cash to start with, but I figure I can make $20-30 per trade after buying and selling commissions. I really need to find a good reference to the rules on day trading though to make sure I dont run into any issues with the SEC.

For anyone that cares to look, I am considering SARO.

Pattern day trader rules state that you need $25k in your account to be able to day trade nonstop. Otherwise its 3 round trip trades in a 5 day period max.

I am only looking at one stock right now and I wont go anywhere close to that 3 per 5 day period. I guess I should be good then.

In that case you would be a swing trader, not a day trader.

I bring you guys more obscure picks tat are liable to jump.. much like CNEX which I bought in and sold wayyyyy too early. Bought CNEX @ .004, sold @ .007 and it is at .03 holding strong now.

AMSZ - Just look at the chart and the current share price. I like the structure and because of this, its only a momentum play

HYII - A company with lots of potential, share price as of date has been based off of speculation, but they are about to hit production phase and fundamentally it looks good, furthermore the float is thin.

    BEDA BEDA BEDA

Short squeeze coming. Company announced they will buyback up to half of the public float in the next 2 weeks. Analyst posted a short term price goal over at .0026 today (closed at .0012)

Could see anywhere from .005-.01 in the next few weeks

    LOL it's not an "investment"

The catalyst here is the share buyback, and to sell at these levels would be shooting yourself in the foot. You can AT LEAST sell at .002 no doubt

Not to mention, BEDA will be seeing promotion this week from a stock promoter that will see at least 5k investors

by the way, i've been following stock message boards for a while now

The HSM board for BEDA is full of people that don't know how to trade and paid "bashers" that want this stock to go down.

If a stock is heavily shorted, companies pay bashers to help keep the pps down so that the shorts can cover their positions for a cheaper price.

Obviously it is up to you to sell, but not letting this play out over the next 2 weeks would not be a smart play IMHO

    well

market wire has been pushing alot of news out lately about beda.... most of it useless....

and the shareholder buy back pretty much just says up to 50percent.... they dont have to buy but 1 percent and still be ok legally....

marketwire comeing out saying this stock is worth double than its been holding at is just another bit of junk imo.... but...... i might be worng....

im shooting for a 45percent hit on this one ....... if i get it next week i will most certinly be happy but it isnt a stock im going to want to hold....

id hate to hold it till it hit 20 and cant sell a single share... lol

sell if you would like, like I said....but this will run in the next 2 weeks

If you have extra cash, or sell beda in the morning, DANR should have a nice run starting tomorrow through this week...you can bank on that one.

Make money on DANR and put it back into BEDA so you are playing with "free" money instead lol

danr was fucked up, it was/is supposed to me promoted (who knows now) but that was before the company released their 8k and basically said they gave "investors" 30 million shares to pay them back for outstanding "debts"
So one can safely assume those "investors" have been dumping those free shares and driving the price to an all time low.
Stay away from DANR, far far away.

EIGH and CDIV are what you call "float lockdowns"

Basically a group of investors have come in with strong hands and bought the entirety of the float, causing mm's to have to trade "naked" shares back in forth to keep the stock liquid. This causes the price to go up because these investors on the float and won't let up, and just add naked shares to their piles, causing the market makers to have basically NO SHARES.

These plays will run and run and run and run until the MM's cover their short positions which will cause the stock to run even harder.

These plays were called at .0007 (CDIV) and .008 (EIGH) and those investors still have their shares and then some. The MM's have not started to cover their naked short positions and conservative estimates have CDIV at $2 after they cover, and EIGH could see the same prices.

There will be swings in the stocks as market makers attempt to shake loose the investors, but ultimately they are headed up.....just take a look at the charts and see what they have done lol

    CDIV .0007 entry, now .364
    EIGH .008 entry, now .10

Do the math on those gains lol

CDIV at $2 would be a 285,000% gain

An indicator for me is that initial jump, when shares start getting consumed that pps is going to rise. I know its a dumb analogy but I attribute it to driving (Its how I found KATX at .018 and CNEX at .004) that first shift from first gear to 2nd gear is that initial jump.. a strong one. You'll never get in on this jump unless you know the people who are buying initially or you're just lucky. This is the best time to buy, but it is tricky.

KATX jumped up like 400% that first time when it was around .003, I bought after then. If its a pump and dump you'll likely be holding the bag but if it is a solid investment then the entry is good. There will be consolidation, the pps may even retract but that is nothing more than profit taking, so many times I sold during consolidation only to miss huge gains so do the DD and have confidence in your investment. (CNEX went from .004 for me up to .015, retraced to .008 where I sold then flew to .036 where I missed a 900% profit)

Basically watch the movement, secure your position and have patience. I'm to the point now where I'll wait a day or two before buying after a huge gain, gives me an indication of which way things are headed.

Great analogy Tony, but in these cases I know about them because I know the group (and am now a member) that is initiating the lockup.

They are doing another one or 2 soon

Yeah thats one of those instances I was referring to, if you know the people buying in then that is a way to get in on the ground level. I move on analysis only which leaves me hanging on to the coat tails of those who buy in big, it definitely has its ups and downs.

LOL why do you say that? When there is a short squeeze (like BEDA, EIGH, CDIV, GRNO) MM's will mess with the price to try and shake people out. Just hold your shares and wait for the run.

I will surely let you guys know the second they start the next share lockup play so ya'll can get in on the ground floor

Hope you haven't let go of your BEDA yet! Closed above previous resistance with a close at .0022 (up 29%) and had a lot of buying going on at the last major resistance .0025 which is the 200 day sma

    Great run in the making
