I feel that since I was injured at school, that they should pay for it. I filed a campus police report on it. The health center on campus told me to go to the emergency room. This was a few weeks ago. I went to the doctor (on campus) today and they told me I need to go to an orthopedic. My foot isn't getting better. It hurts more and more each day.
Seems to me they gave you good advice on what to do, you did not take it, now your injury could be worse and that is their fault? I think not. Call a lawyer, get real advice.
