I feel that since I was injured at school, that they should pay for it. I filed a campus police report on it. The health center on campus told me to go to the emergency room. This was a few weeks ago.

I went to the doctor (on campus) today and they told me I need to go to an orthopedic. My foot isn't getting better. It hurts more and more each day.

So how should I go about this? I mean I don't know who to talk to. I went to at least five people today on campus and they pointed me to another person. I can't be doing all that walking. Is it really that smart to make an injured person walk around that much? Esp. a person injured where you are making them walk?
IM THE DUMBASS. BUT IN UR ORIGINAL POST U NEVER STATED U WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM, SO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IM THE DUMBASS. I QUOTED IT FOR U JUST IN CASE THE FALL DAMAGED UR BRAIN TOO.

BESIDES ONLY A DUMBASS WOULD SUE OVER SOME UNEVEN PAVEMENT. THERE ISN'T A ROAD OR PARKING LOT FOR THAT MATTER IN THIS COUNTRY THAT IS PERFECTLY LEVEL, U JUST HAPPEN TO BE THE UNLUCKY DUMBASS TO TIRP AND FALL.
