    Well kept brick ranch located off Whitehead/Tallassee Rd. on westside of Athens. Great location that is convenient to commuters using I-85 or GA 316, and a VERY short drive to downtown Athens and UGA! House comes packed with amenities including:

    *Screened back porch and rocking-chair front porch

    The house is very energy efficient, and the ceiling fans and a couple space heaters can keep the bills very low. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the house is situated in the back, so there is very little traffic. Rent is $775 per month with a 12 month lease required. Pets are allowed with a deposit.     I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.

    Nice house and good deal, probably because there's only 1/2 a bathroom and can't take a shower in this house.

    Crap...that's my bad. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Master has an attached 1/2 bath, and a full bath in the hallway. Have had lots of people look, but no contract yet!
