Just because we choose diplomacy over war does not mean we are waving any white flags.. Though nothing compared to the power of the US, we are a world power and have plenty of military resources.. Oping for options before putting yourself into a embarrassing war is better than going in blind and finding out you just screwed yourself..

French maybe lack a disposable army, but we all know their reputable Air Force.. They are also stationed around the world.. But one thing is certain, France is FOR WAR IN IRAN!!!!! USA just isn't following!! Our priorities are all wrong, the threat is IRAN, NOT IRAQ!!! France said they are prepared to bom IRAN if they do not fully cooperate..

Idk if you read the interview with President Chirac, But why did it take me so long to find that on google? Was it maybe because he was right? He said diplomacy over war, and that war is not out of the question but that maybe we should extend negotiations since Hussein agreed to cooperate..
