so it includes all windows unless that^^ am i right? So back and the rear 2 side windows can be tinted as much as you want? This is soo confusing

if you read the whole post you would see the definition of a "multipurpose vehicle" im not being a dick but it is all laid out and i dont mind discussing it.

here is it:

(5) 'Multipurpose passenger vehicle' means a motor vehicle designed to carry ten persons or less which is constructed on a truck chassis or with special features for occasional off-road operation.
