    my take... lame. I don't know if they have changed but, I remember when they first came out, my old shop installed them on a civic and they were crap... dented the fenders, wouldnt stay adjusted... it was a nightmare.

    leave your doors alone.

    Well actually, That all depends on the kit. If you spend the money and buy either a kit from Decah or Vertical Door Inc. you wont have those issues. The low dollar universal kits, Yeah even alot of body shops wont put those on because of that. I have the Decah kit, Was expensive ($1100) but they dont mess up the car in any way. You get what youpay for when it comes to those kind of things

    it was the only kit out at the time, it was $1500. I am sure they have gotten better...
    I guess it all boils down to, its your car, do what you want.

    I think its a lot of money for $200 in parts and metal. In a few yrs you'll regret spending the money on that I bet.
