Rocket Motorsports are also a cam to consider. I know that Vteckidd has a set of M22x cams which are very similar to the skunk2 pro1 cams that you could pick up much cheaper than ordering a new set. They are in great condition, I looked at them Saturday.

The bore really doesn't affect CR. What type of setup are you running? To make 240WHP from a B series all motor you are going to have to get pretty extreme. ie: 12.5 or more compression, at least an 84x89 or larger setup, a ballin header, major port work on the head etc....

I know.. All the head work will be done port/polish, decked... I have ACL bearings, weisco pistons, eagle rods and eagle knife edge crank and all ARP studs. I just wanna try to hit 240 i know its a little out there, but its just a goal.

with that compression i dnt think ull be able to hit 240 whp without help. i really think to get to just 200whp u need to be 11.5+ compression ratio. where the hell is mike jawnz.

Well just for perspective, I am running a GSR bottom end with pr3 pistons, B16A2 head with DFE three angle valve job, flat face rev valves, around 11.5 cr, rocket motorsports m22x cams, rocket motorsports valvesprings/retainers, AEBS intake manifold, Sparks racing header, tuning on crome. I am shooting for 185-195. Look at Vteckidd's 2.0l build to see what he did to make 237whp and that'll give you an idea of what to expect or what to look for.

stick with the pro series cams they have a great torque curve and make great top end but i wouldn't go over the pro 1's without having the cams degreed in and valve to valve clearances checked. with those and a nice ported head and nice manifold throttle body and head you should be able to hit a little over 200whp with some good tuning but it's going to be hard
