Nope, there is another option.

Pass it legally like me . I'm running a hi-flow cat & have passed emissions last year & this year. 1st time w/ my JDM B16 & now my built LS/VTEC.

I'm was running OBD0 1st & now OBD1, honestly though I don't pass if I just put it on the dyno. I fail everytime but I do pass 1 part of the test & thats about it. Both times I passed by turning the fuel pressure down all the way (about 30 psi) & I pass!

OBD0 and OBD1 they sniff the TAILPIPE, you can throw a CEL on OBD0 and OBD1 and STILL PASS if your car runs clean

My car wouldn't pass if I didn't mess w/ the FP though.
