I didnt know race cars had tv's and ps2's in them. Sounds more like a ricer trying to top out his 115hp civic to 115mph. He probably got caught because it took him 3 miles of road to reach that speed.

hmm, yes and no - their fault for getting caught and doing illegal shit. California has already been doing it - in fact the first car crushed was a red 1986 Camaro SS or whatever - publicized on tv and everything
