It looks to be a pretty good kit, but I'm not so sure it would be worth your money. Reasons being that
1. That turbo is a little too big for the power you are wanting to make which means you will just have more lag.
2. Since the kit is made for an Integra, the intercooler piping is not going to match up with your civic.
3. You will still need to buy injectors and some kind of fuel management, of which i would recommend buying an obd1 ecu and conversion harness and running uberdata.

For a good turbo setup, i would recommend giving Mainstream a call. You can get a complete kit with EVERYTHING you need including installation for around $3500 or so. That may seem a little high, but everything will fit like it is suppose to, u will have your fuel management, u will have a turbo sized accordingly with your power goals, and almost any shop is gonna charge somewhere in the range of $1000 to install that Vecco turbo kit anyways so you're really not paying anymore money.
