If it revs uncontrollably, it ie either
1) Throttle cable too tight
2) Massive Vacuum Leak (check the gasket by the intake manifold)
if it idles like shit and is all lumpy, it could be a tuning issue if you have a stock ecu on it. I if you are POSITIVE its no the IAC, then it could be the Fast Idle Air Valve or whatever the fuck its called, or a vacuum leak.
It could also be a bad map sensor, or TPS.
you need to pull out the old volt meter and start testing
