Default Shop in gwinnett for custom exhaust?

I'm over in gwinnett (trying to stay as close as possible to the indian trail area) and looking for a shop that will weld up a mid-pipe between my 3 inch cat-back and the section of downpipe I do have. Also would be looking to have a wastegate dump done.

I've done every bit of work on this car and I am really overprotective so at the expense of sounding like a dick I'll stress that I'm really looking for someone who will do it while I can watch. Worked with too many dbag techs during my time at NTB to ruin my trust in shops for a lifetime (at least in regards to leaving it with somebody).

I know mahdavi motorsports is in the area... Do they do exhaust and/or anyone have any experience with them?

You have bad experience with them? Sucks because they're the only shop I can find within a reasonable distance. The car hasn't been on the road in 3 years so i don't want to drive too far.

There's a shop called "Exhaust Wizard" a bit further north on US-29, it is like 1/4 mile before the post office.

The dude there's name was Skip, If i remember correctly,

He did some turbo and exhaust work on my starion on a few times back in the day, I wonder if he still remembers

I'll look them up. You still have the starion?

Whatever work I cannot do on the Eclipse, Mahdavi has done for me. Not sure about letting you watch, but I trust them with MY car....

I called a one of the sponsors and they said it is going to be about $350, which seems like a lot to me (maybe I'm wrong... or maybe it's just because I'm unemployed).

None the less... Does that sound like a lot for 2-3 feet of 3in exhaust pipe and a wastegate dump?

350 is a quote.. it may cost less. but rest assured, if there are any bends needed, it won't be crushed bent piping which you will find at most exhaust shops.

Here's the work Zen is currently doing for me.

And yes...350 does seem about right depend on the materials, labor, and type of exhaust you're getting.
