I spent a summer working on a friend's one with an SR20 swap and it really did feel like a cheap jap car. The interior pieces were dreadful and lots of parts would break. You've also gotta bare in mind we're talking about an affordable at the time, 20 year old Jap car, so it's to be expected really. If you're just going to straight up gut it, cage it and racing seat it then you'll be good to go and end up with an affordable setup.
My experience with 240's has been sad. I've worked on a LOT of 240's and all of them had stupid typical issues here and there, the motors and drivetrains are great but everything else sucks.
I'm not exactly ashamed of it but I would build a DTM Foxbody if I had a spare $30k to spend on it...and put a 700hp Chevy engine in it.

Jeep Wagoneer, I don't know why but I always liked the way they look with a decent lift.
CRV, only if I could find a 5spd and put a small lift on it like that.
Marauder, big, comfortable ride and a little power.
I've always liked Fieros.
Hell I want one of these just to drive around in with the doors open.

Why? Becuase the ford escort cosworth is a badass ride, and its a sleeper because nobody knows what it is. haha![]()

I admit I am ashamed to want a ls1 fiero....Just because I think Fieros are complete pieces of shit. But I think the ls1 would go a long way in solving that.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle
lol,I really liked those after playing GT3. Looks like a little viper, lol.
He was. His handle on here is "DaX."
Cool guy...he's got a collection of rare and ancient Hondas. He's about 6 feet tall...he said he just fit in it. Haha another thing...he goes, "It's pretty peppy and it keeps up with traffic. You just have to get used to the engine spinning at 6000 RPM on the highway."
Here's a car I'm only really guilty to admit to liking just because everyone else seems to make fun of it. I think the C4 Corvette is my favorite body style, and I love the early ZR-1 and the Grand Sport.

thats a beat,right?
DaX on here used to have a Honda Beat. I've seen it in person...haha it is TINY!
Pretty cool little car.
I like the MG ZT V8...converted from front wheel drive to rear wheel drive with a Mustang's V8 in it. Would you believe that it was designed by Peter Stevens, the same guy who did the McLaren F1?
Also, I really liked the Mercedes/Dodge Sprinter at one point. I thought it was brilliant to have a 10-passenger van that could get nearly 30 mpg. One slightly styled up like this...awesome.
