    Default VTECKIDD 2.0 LSVTEC DYNO

    This weekend i went down to Jackonsville to see DonF of DFE Enterprises. He has been building my much anticipated 2.0l motor. I started working on this motor in december of last year. Here it is:

    SPECS:
    RS Machines Sleeved LS block 84.5mm
    89mm LS CRANK
    CP Pistons
    Eagle Rods
    ACL Race Bearings
    CTR Crank Pulley
    DFE Enterprises Ported ITR Head
    Rocket Motorsports valvesprings and Retainers
    AEBS manifold ported by DFE Enterprises
    310CC Injectors
    Skunk2 Pro Series 70mm Throttle Body
    Skunk2 PRO 3 Camshafts
    DC JDM 4-1 Header
    Compression 12.2:1

    1st couple pulls we tried out the Pro2 Camshafts from Skunk2. The left hand side is the RPM, next is TQ, then BHP.

    PRO2 NUMBERS


    257 BHP and 171TQ

    PRO3 NUMBERS


    267BHP and 172TQ

    We only did maybe 10 runs on each camshaft. This is all on a DC JDM 4-1 Header. I have an RMF header but it would not clear the engine dyno. SMSP header we had would not clear my oil pan.

    Don averages about a 13% loss in power due to the drivetrain. I figure im right at 230whp. On one run with the PRO3s we hit 271BHP. but i cannot find that picture lol.

    267 *.13=34.7
    267 - 34.7=232WHP

    I hauled it back home tonight, and will be installing it in my 1800lb CRX in the next few weeks. should be a fun car. ill update with WHP numbers once i have it in my car.
