Default Pics of BIG turbo fit snuggly in place

    Before:

    After:

We just finished the intake on this monster. Hard to tell from the photos, but that is a MASSIVE 4" inlet. Stock inlet on these cars is 2.4" and runs where the discharge tube from the turbo now runs. It took some doing, but with a little cutting we got it all to fit. Everything was powder coated by our buddy Brian.

It is a Bullseye S362...kind of hard to describe the size. It is a hybrid turbo with a T3 sized turbine with a BIG compressor. Little larger than a garrett 4088R. Nice part is it spools up quicker than a 35R!! Here is a comparison of the compressor maps.

GhostSTI there did all the intake work. Our friend Brian all the powdercoating of the entire engine bay. And I did the design work for the up and down pipe. It was definitely a group effort for the Sargent Power crew, lol. Now if we can just get the thing finished and tuned!

We are not sure just yet. Ghost has a couple more parts to pick up, but we are shooting for mid 500's with stock heads and cams.

Looks good, we like the Bullseye Power line of turbos. That S362 should make some nice power.

Went out and spent some time on it tonight. So far so good. At 20 psi it is already pushing you back in the seat HARD. I'll update as we get some more hard numbers, but it is quickly turning into a beast!

That is a nice turbo... I am going with an S-series turbo as my next one. Any dyno results yet?

Not yet, we are trying to get everything with the tune as close as possible so we just have to adjust for more power and not worry about fuel trims, etc on the dyno.

Had some mechanical issues over the past couple weeks, just got in a 3.5 bar map sensor so we could turn up the boost past 24 psi, that sort of thing. But we are getting very close. We could probably throw it on now with pump gas tune, but I want to get the meth/water injection tune ready before we go to the dyno as well.

I will see if we can't get some newer pics up some time soon. (hint hint Ghost) We have 2 other cars in the works right now that should prove to be pretty nasty as well. Both Subarus.

Well, put down 410 awhp so far, but the cam timing is most likely off. Gotta redo the cams and then get back to it.

Some say that it is just not important, but for me it seems to give me a good idea of how the turbo will perform and what it is capable of. Really hoping to break 500 AWHP (all wheel horsepower to those new to the awd world) with this one on pump and a 75-25 mix of meth and water.

Well, as we thought, timing was off a tooth. My partner Andy pulled it all apart last night and put it back correctly. So we should have some good results here soon!

i drove 475-500 hp on a similar turbo that ran hotter at those power levels with 93 just fine. Its to easy to do it. The s366 is especially capable of doing it.

Don't forget this is only a .70 AR T-3 turbine housing. This is not the T-4 big guy. We may look into that depending on where this puts us, but for now it is just a T-3.

lol remember im talking about a t3/t67 P trim here with the same size housing, which is less efficient than the s366

I never said i was talking about my S372, i said above it was a similar size.

    the s366 .70 is actually volumetric-ally larger than a garrett .70

nice find on the timing....hopefully no valve kissing went on...i was gonna say something ain't right for only 400hp...that thing at 21psi should be moving 65+ lb/min

i always wanted to just flip the intake manifold around....the fmic piping always looked weird to me hehe

good luck tho man, it's comin along

Ghost (the owner) has put a lot into this one. Really hoping it does well. The two things that might hold it back at this point are the cams being stock Sti cams and the injectors being a bit small. Right now we are at 81% injector duty cycle. We'll see how it goes not with the new cam timing.
