Not sure if this should go here or car pics. This seems better as H2B is the best bang for the buck all motor swap. Its high time I put my build thread on here but I just recently started making good progress. Looks like Im going to miss the Oct 18 all motor IFO class raceas I am lagging behind schedule.
A lil background on the logistics of the swap. I sold my B18B to a member on here (jdm>usdm) and my header and exaust (cant remeber their names) to help fund the project. So thanks to you guys!!!! I also partially traded my Rota RB's for the H22A that will power the car, all in all Im not coming out of pocket to much. I was using a freshly rebuilt gsr tranny with the B18B that will be attached to the H22. Currently searching for a spool and gsr gear set for a spare case I have. I am also making all of the H2B parts and mounts neededBig $$$ savings there. Hope to run high 12's NA on some 22" slicks (borrowed from a buddy)

The hatch:gutted, ugly, and beat up. Ive had this thing for ~9 years. Used to be red with a B18C1 - 150 shot when I first built it 9 years ago. This will be the cars 6th hart transplant. (2 B18C1's, D15Z1, D16Z6, B18B) This is its good side

Tonight I'll be pressing in the plugs on the oil pump and girdle. Should be able to get the motor ready to bolt in by this weekend. I work about 50hours a week and drive 45 minutes to work (one way) so weekday stuff is sometimes tough to do.
