Like Patrick said the ITR pistons (along with B16 pistons) are some of the weakest ones in honda motors. I have seen tons of cracked ringlands on these pistons. You could turbo it but it may or may not last long. I would put some GSR pistons back in it if you could.
so does this mean that its probably not a good idea to boost a stock b16?!
