forgot to bolt the tensioner to the alternator bracket so the voltage was all over the place.

checked the datalogs and the voltage was stable throughout the final runs. the voltage issue coincidentally happened when it was done...good thing because the tune should be straight.

as for the poster that said it seems low...motors can be all over the place. i've seen h23vtec come in at 150 (ouch) all the way to 230ish.
