We are talking TRACTORS right, not semi trucks.

i imagined theyd be around the same size- obnoxiously big.


i also assumed the OP was referring to his d15 civic trying to use a tractor turbo.

Tractor turbos can also be about 4-6 inches in diameter, which is almost small enough to blow in one side and spool it... Just depends on the tractor and turbo...
