A solid sellable swap will cost you around 8 grand at least for the SR20, and to do so right before selling it will guarantee that even if you got the price that SR swapped 240's are going for right now, you would only BARELY cover the cost of your swap and make almost nothing on the car itself. Plus, there'd be plenty of people lowballing you just trying to buy your car for the swap to take it out and put it in their 240 that has stuff done to it already.
My advice, if there's no too much damage to the engine, is to have a professional shop replace the headgasket and stud the head. If you blew the headgasket and destroyed the engine, I strongly suggest selling it as a stock clean shell. If you do the engine swap yourself you'll be struggling to find a buyer for it unless you've got a good reputation for being able to wire cleanly and tuck the engine bay at least as well as factory, and if you go with the KA24DE replacement you're still going to end up spending quite an amount of time, money and effort just to get the car back to blue book value. Does that really sound like a good idea to you?
