    Default SRT-4 help

My friends brother just bought a srt-4 in VA. He is in the Army and my friend is driving the car for now, ever since he bought it he has said it cuts out around 4500 rpms in 1st and 2nd. Well after work today I look at it.....it has a BIG fmic, AEM CAI, not sure what kind of turbo but it is a .70 on both sides. I know nothing about these cars but I'm pretty sure thats not what they come with. Do you guys think he just needs to get it tuned? He isn't sure if it has been tuned or not. I was thinking it might not be getting enough fuel at WOT, if he easies into it its fine, but if you push the pedal to the floor it cuts out.

if its not the stock turbo, it needs to be tuned.
