    Default Affordable Turbo Kit

    I have a stock IS300.

I'm looking for a good but affordable turbo kit.
I'm still going to use the car as a daily driver so nothing to extravagant. I'm looking for 350-400hp.

I already know about the SRT turbo kit and the Turbonetics turbo kit,
just wanna know about any others.

    Thanks in advance.

My.is. is a better Place to get answers about is turbo kits and it may be better to build it yourself I've been told myself that srt uses the same manifolds that are on ebay and they just add strength to them

And also some people use a turbo kit from club na-t and seem to get nice gains but the kit has its ups and downs and I'm thinking about getting a manifold from ebay and adding strength to it

go to ebay. Most of that shit is just metal and doesn't make a difference in performance. The turbo might be shit but at least you have your setup done so when you want to modify it, it'll be simple. Prob an ebay kit, good turbo once that one goes bad.

I dont mind ebay piping and occasionally BOVs but stay clear of the turbos, manis & wastegates.

Club NA-T is where you should go. Get the XSpower kit from Mark. Lots of people
running his stuff...many for years with no problems. When/If the turbo fails...get a
used SP,BL or other top notch turbo to go with the kit.

They run about $1800 complete on there.

Or get the ebay mani, version 2 with the braces, clean the slag out, and purchase
a used turbo from the Supra guys on Club NA-T or the Supraforums.

For the price of one $1800 HK$ or Greddy mani, you could have bought 12-15 Ebay manifold's !!!

i got a Borg Warner s256 for sale, brand spanking new with warranty PM if you are interested. Will out power a Gt30r, make similar power to that of 35r, and spool quicker than both.
