Default Cars that YOU expected to see more of on the road:

I'll post up 1 of several newer cars that i personally expected to see more of. i'll see if anyone else will post up the others.

    Infiniti G37

here's a pic of the vert just for the hell of it
    lol

I really though these would be all over the place but i only see them every "now and then." Not nearly as much as i expected.

Feel free to post up older cars too.

There's good reason for why there aren't many high end cars.

Good info but Even before the "crisis" and the projected 2009 decrease in production. I haven't seen much of them.

i expected to see more STi models on the road but still haven't

Subaru does really well in colder climates, I heard that the resale value is amazing around Washington and Oregon, where the lower fuel economy is balanced out with their AWD.
In Buckhead, I actually see more Ferraris than I see Subarus, there is a dealer in Sandy Springs too.
I didn't even realize that I hadn't seen that many G37's, but they don't look that different from the G35's, so why not just get a good quality used G35, but I don't think like the kind of people that normally purchase an Infiniti.

    3 reasons.

    1. Forester is the Motor Trend SUV of the year and has brought a lot of attention to the brand.

    2. Subaru's sell very well in the North East and western Unitied States.

    3. Every single Subaru model is recommended by consumer reports which swayes many buyers to Subaru from Honda and Toyota.

Oh, and Subaru has the highest return buyer rate of any manufactuer. I think its like 50% of Subaru owners will buy another Subaru. Just go to any dealer and ask. Two new dealerships just opened up. I might just go back to selling them with this market lol.

With my STi, i hardly ever get the feeling like i want a new/different car. I'd have to be a Porsche 911 or a E92 M3 for me to even consider. I love my Scoobie!

Audi S5's. I know Audi only produces so many but I have only seen 4 or 5 since my mom acquired hers back in Spring of 08'.

There was a huge production delay in 2008, and lots of people didn't get their car and orders were canceled...I know that was an issue, but pair that with a limited availability and a bad economy and her car is still really rare.

Might sound kindof like a weird car to choose...

but i always thought I'd see more of the Honda Insight on the road. I believe since they came out I've only seen three. The car was slightly ahead of it's time, but it hit the road around the time the whole "tuning" craze for compact cars started getting out of control.

    Wouldn't mind having one myself.

I really want an Insight too, I'll have one at some point. Even if you do a search on Autotrader, you only get about a page of them for a 500 mile radius. They didn't sell as well as the Prius because they only had two seats and most sold with a manual transmission and they were pretty scant on options, including cruise control. People mostly bought the ugly Prius with its four doors and options, but it lacked ability of getting astronomical fuel economy, Insight being able to achieve over 100mpg if you are willing to work at it.
