The engine is just the engine. When you get done, hopefully most of the internal parts will be replaced anyways. I prefer GSR/Type R. But if you already have a B1 it will be fine. Have it sleeved, get an aftermarket girdle, arp main cap studs, gsr windage tray, pickup, and oil pan. Then just get forged rods and pistons. And of course the VTEC head up top tightened down with some ARP head studs and you should be able to support your goal.
