how many of the sleeves did you split? SEVEN on here said no b or d series can run more then 11lbs on stock sleeves quoted from his race shop or the sleeves will split!
I do rb20 and rb25 wiring into s13 and s14's 300.00 shipped 24hr turn around turn ket start guaranteed! PM me for more details!

i've had a few b-series stock sleeves 500whp +/- and d-series 300-400whp. with the exception of b20 i would rate b/d series sleeves easy at 400 and i used to say 500, but the longevity at 500 is somewhat questionable.

maybe he meant stock internals (pistons/rods). depending on the turbo/flow 11psi could be a reliability estimate he was making or talking about the stock mapsensor. certainly if you push more than 11psi through the stock mapsensor that's only been tuned to 11psi could cause a sleeve to go if you push 17psi at fuel and timing of 11psi (way too lean and way to much advance).

notice in both of the links provided they mention tuning as the biggest factor. Who tuned yours?

    Nice destruction you have there.

If ever you want to try for maximum destruction, you should attempt to see how large of a nitrous shot you can run on a 88-91 D15 dual port with only retarding the ignition. Its fun for a while, but you eventually get tired of swapping engines out.

    Its slow... I promise

I ran 14-16psi on my d15 for a few days trying to blow it up on stock MAP with a turboedit basemap a few years back lol. Damn thing finally just started using so much oil i took it out and threw my new engine in.
